The UK vaccine rollout is going much better than those of its neighbors in continental Europe, with rates higher than the United States as well. This rare silver lining deserves closer attention. So we spoke with Dr. Jeremy Brown, a leading respiratory disease expert at University College London and a member of the British government’s Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunization (JCVI), about how and why this is happening.
